WOOD CANYON ELEMENTARY

Every Friday is Spirit Day where students show their school pride by wearing school colors (teal, black and white) or Comet Spirit wear. For the classroom who has the most students representing Wood Canyon spirit, they will receive a special prize to hold onto in their classroom for the next week.

Throughout the year we have various Spirit-Week dress up days. Some of these Spirit Weeks include: Anti-Bullying Week, Red-Ribbon Week, Holiday Celebration Week, Kindness Week, College & Career Week, and more! Students and classrooms gain recognition for their participation for each event and have the opportunity to win various classroom prizes throughout the year.
