TK & KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Welcome to Wood Canyon Elementary School. In order to start the registration process for your child, please go to the school’s website at https://woodcanyon.capousd.org and begin the on-line process.
You will need the following information for on-line registration:
- A valid address in the Wood Canyon Elementary School.
- A valid e-mail address.
- General information about your student.
- Name, address and district of previous school, if applicable.
- Parent/Guardian’s home/work phone and address.
- Name and phone number of emergency contacts. (at least 3 emergency contacts)
- Immunization dates.
- Local physician name and phone number.
- If the student was not born in the USA, you will need the date the student entered the USA.
Please complete the Kindergarten packet along with the online registration. Once the packet and the online registration are complete, please bring the following to the school office.
- Print and bring the on-line registration Forms
- Child’s birth certificate. (Original)
- Immunization record. (Original)
- Two (2) proofs of residency (current utility bill i.e. gas, water, or electric and a mortgage statement or rental agreement).
- Enrollment information Form.
- Report of Health Examination - Completed and signed by physician
- Indian Education 506 Form, if applicable
- Home Language Survey form (only if new student n California)
- McKinney-Vento Form, if applicable
